INTRODUCTION

Five hardened fighters battle it out on the streets of Japan, Egypt and the USA.

Each fighter has a total of tweve realistic combat moves as well as their own unique knock out special manoeuvre.

One or two player options and variable fighter skill levels add up to the ultimate confrontation.

COMMODORE LOADING INSTRUCTIONS

Press SHIFT and RUNSTOP together. Press PLAY on the cassette recorder.

OPTIONS

After loading the following options are available for selection:

TIMER: On/Off
SKILL: Easy/Average/Normal/Hard/Very Hard
LOCATIONS: Egypt/Japan/America
PLAYERS: One or Two
MAX ROUNDS: Best of 1, 3 or 5 Rounds
VIEW RESULTS TABLES: Gives Number of Wins and Defeats, as well as High Score

At the bottom of screen, the five figthers are presented for selection. Player one moves their pointer above the fighters and presses Fire to select. Player Two uses the same procedure with an arrow below the fighter icons. In one player games, player two is represented by the Commodore symbol.

Once figthers have been selected and options selected, the fight can begin.

THE FIGHTERS

The five fighters with their specialist moves are:
JC - Skittle Roll
OTIS - Super Punch
LEE CHUNG - Whirlwind Kick
MERRICK - Psychic Blast
GINO - Knife Throw

Before a bout begins, a detailed analysis of your fighter and opponent are given which includes the following information:

NAME - AGE - JOB ORGIN - WEIGHT - HEIGHT - SPECIALITY

The fighting screen has a timer at the top of the screen, and two energy bars at either side registering the amount of damage being inflicted on the way to a Knockout.

All fighters have their own special features as well as their speciality moves. Fighting various opponents with different fighters will allow the player to match their skills with that of each fighter to find the ideal fighting combination.

If Timer has been selected on the Options screen. Bonus points are awarded to the player who achieves a Knockout according to how much time is on the clock.

Both fighters give each other after match abuse the psyche themselves up for the next contest.

UP+RIGHT = High Punch
RIGHT = Right
RIGHT+DOWN = Low Punch
DOWN = Sweep
DOWN+LEFT = Sweep
LEFT = Left
LEFT+UP = Block

NOTE: All joystick moves are reversed for player two!
