To do this you must succeed in 4 yearly tasks.
Task 1 is to become good enough to attract a sponsor. To do this
you must win races. The quicker you get a sponsor the better you will do
in years to come.
If you fail to get a sponsor with only 156 weeks left (3 year) your game will end.
